Bulls-Eye is an investigation of decorative ambiguity within queer aesthetics. A " German Expressionist" painting disguises itself as a tie-dye tapestry through it's articulation of the ways in which it is different than the art historical painting reference, the viewer is then left to find their relationship to a style rearticulated as the thing it is merely mimicking, the familiar, but ultimately questions itself and it's placement within a art historical context as well as addressing the visual language of queer counter culture.
